Crinkled Tiropita
If you love my easy tiropita recipes and their variations, then you’re going to adore this recipe! I like to call this a crinkled tiropita because of how the filo sheets are crinkled and baked to golden perfection 😍
Ingredients
3 sheets of filo pastry
Approx 2-3 tbsp olive oil
100g feta, crumbled
30-50g runny honey
1-2 tsp black sesame seeds
25 mins to prepare and bake | Serves 2
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan. On two sheet of filo, brush olive oil all over.
Add the crumbled feta, and add the third sheet of filo on top.
Crinkle the filo sheets by carefully dragging the bottom and top. Once the sheets have been brought to the middle, carefully roll from right to left to form a spiral.
Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake for 15 minutes.
Top with honey and black sesame seeds.
