A bit about me

My journey into food content creation started in earnest at the beginning of 2021. I made a promise to myself to post a recipe every single day for a month. Since we were still in lockdown, I thought it’d be a good idea to channel my enthusiasm for cooking, and, without me realising it, I became hooked. The act of documenting my cooking, sharing recipes on the internet, and connecting with other like-minded foodies became more than just a hobby - it’s become a huge part of my life and a source of creative inspiration.

It wasn’t until mid-2022 that I took my commitment to content seriously and I gradually learned how to film and edit food videos. I began growing an audience with my first ever food series called ‘Just Jamming’, where I shared my love of homemade jams made from all sorts of unexpected fruits, like papaya, kiwi, and pineapple (to name a few). This paved the way for subsequent food series on my channel, like Noughties Nostalgia, EAT LIKE A GREEK, and OnlyCans.

Despite my practice of cooking and sharing food content only taking shape in the last few years, my love of food dates back to childhood. Growing up in a Greek household, I watched my grandma make all sorts of incredible food, such as Dolmadakia, Eliopites, or Spanakopita. It was through food that I’ve stayed connected to my heritage.

Thank you for being here and supporting my content so far. It means THE WORLD to me!

I hope you enjoy the recipes and please tag or DM me if you make any of them!

Eat Like a Greek

My debut cookbook, Eat Like a Greek, is being published this May! And if you were thinking of getting it, preordering a copy genuinely makes a difference to first-time authors like me. It helps publishers and bookshops know there’s a demand, and you won’t be charged until it ships.

Eat Like a Greek is as much rooted in tradition as it is a celebration of innovative Greek recipes fit for ease and convenience. In it, you’ll find over 100 recipes, featuring many exclusives that I’ve not shared anywhere before, and 7 chapters that each serve a different desire or need. From Dips to Mezzes to Salads Like a Greek, to Everyday Dinners and Feasts, I’ve got you covered.
