Crispy Potato Chips
After so much love for the crispy canned potato recipe, I wanted to share this easy twist —crispy potato chips made straight from tinned potatoes. They’re golden, crunchy, and ridiculously easy. Perfect as a quick snack or a side.
Ingredients
1 tin of canned potatoes, 345g drained (this cost me 87p from Aldi)
2 tbsp course semolina
1 tsp smokey paprika
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic granules
Pinch of chilli flakes
Salt to taste
15 mins to prepare and cook | Serves 1-2
Method
Drain and pad dry the canned potatoes. Then cut into slices (each potato yielding approximately 3-4 slices).
In a bowl, add the potato along with all the seasonings and mix to coat well.
Lay out in the airfryer and airfry at 180 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes, turning them half way through.
