Crispy Spam Tacos
I’ve been on a mission to make spam delicious — and let’s just say: mission accomplished 💅🏻 These crispy spam tacos with sweet, zingy pineapple salsa are a total 10/10 combo 😮💨 You’ve never had spam like this before!
Ingredients
1 can of spam (340g), grated
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 gsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garlic granules
Pineapple salsa
200g choppped tinned pineapple
1/2 red pepper, finely chopped
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
20-30g fresh coriander, finely chopped
1 lime, juiced
Salt to taste
20 mins to prepare and cook | Makes 3 tacos
Method
Grate the spam and add to a bowl along with the seasonings listed.
Place the grated spam in the airfryer and airfry for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, turning half way through.
Meanwhile, prepare the salsa add the chopped red onion, pepper and coriander to the chopped pineapple. Squeeze the lime and add salt to taste, and stir to combine well.
Serve the crispy spam in a hard or soft shell taco, along with the pineapple salsa.
