Patates Lemonates - Greek Lemony Potatoes
Patates Lemonates ๐ โ the legendary Greek lemon potatoes that are crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and absolutely delicious! These zesty potatoes are sure to become your new favourite roast potato recipe. Perfectly roasted and irresistibly tasty!
Ingredients
4 large white potatoes (approx 750g), peeled and chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
2 lemons, squeezed
2 garlic cloves, grated
2 tsp dried oregano
Salt to taste
1 hour to prepare and bake | Serves 4
Method
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius fan. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Lay out the chopped potatoes and add in all the ingredients listed above. Mix everything together and place in the oven for 50 minutes, turning half way through.
