Maroulosalada - Greek Lettuce Salad

Maroulosalata is a refreshing Greek salad made with crisp, leafy greens and herbs, topped with a zesty, lemony dressing. Simple and delicious, you’ll be hooked once you try it! Perfect for any occasion.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 romaine lettuce, finely chopped

  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped

  • Handful of fresh dill, finely chopped

  • Handful of fresh mint, finely chopped

  • 150g feta, crumbled

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1 lemon, squeezed

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • Salt to taste

10 mins to make | Serves 4


Method

  1. Finely chop all the fresh ingredients and add to a bowl.

  2. Add the crumbled feta on top.

  3. Prep the salad dressing by mixing together the oil, lemon and seasonings in a cup and pour over the salad. Mix to combine.
