Easy Tiropita
If there is one thing you make from my Eat like a Greek series, it has to be this three ingredient Tiropita. This delicious and easy Greek cheese pie, perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients
3-4 sheets of filo pastry
Approx 1-2 tbsp olive oil
1 block of feta
20-30g honey
Pinch of chilli flakes
1-2 sprigs of fresh thyme
Less than 20 mins to cook | Serves 2
Method
Pre-heat the oven at 170 degrees Celsius fan and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Lay out the filo pastry sheets and brush about a tbsp of olive oil.
Place the block of feta cheese in the middle and fold the filo pastry sheets like you’re wrapping a parcel. Bake for 20 minutes, turning half way through.
In a small bowl, mix together the honey and chilli flakes. Once the pastry is done, top with honey and fresh thyme.
