Bouyiourdi - Cheesy Feta Dip

Discover Bouyiourdi, a lesser-known yet absolutely delicious appetiser from Thessaloniki. This cheesy feta dip is packed with flavour and perfect for sharing! Enjoy it warm with crusty bread or fresh vegetables for a taste of Greece.

Note: Usually this dip contains feta as well as a Greek cheese called Kasseri but as that’s difficult to find in the UK, I suggest using either grated gruyer or grated mozzarella.
