Crunchy Airfried Chickpeas

This is your sign to grab those cans of chickpeas from the back of your cupboard and turn them into the crunchiest, most addictive snack ever!

These airfried chickpeas are golden, crispy, and full of flavour — perfect for munching anytime, anywhere 😉

 

Ingredients

  • 1 tin of chickpeas (260g drained) 

  • 1/2 tsp smokey paprika

  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder 

  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder 

  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder 
    Salt to taste 

  • 1 tbsp olive oil 

15-20 mins to prepare and cook


Method

  1. Drain the chickpeas and lay out on a baking tray. Make sure to pat them dry using a clean tea towel and kitchen roll.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the spices and mix to combine. 

  3. Coat the chickpeas in the spice mix and drizzle the olive oil. Mix them until well coated. 

  4. Airfry at 180 degrees Celsius for 9 minutes, turning the chickpeas half way through. 

  5. Store in a mason jar or Tupperware and consume within five days.
