Pea Falafel

Ingredients
1 can of chickpeas, drained (240g) from Aldi
1 can of peas, drained (175g) from Aldi
2 tbsp tahini
1/2 lemon, squeezed
Handful of chopped parsley & 2 grated garlic cloves
2 heaped tsp plain flour
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp chilli powder
Salt
30 mins to prepare and cook | Makes 10 falafels
Method
In a bowl, add the drained peas and chickpeas along with the tahini and lemon juice. Mash to a fairly smooth consistency.
Add the parsley, flour and seasonings to the bowl and mix to combine.
Taking about a tablespoon of the mixture, roll to form a ball and set aside. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
Airfry at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-17 minutes until golden and crispy. Enjoy whilst warm.
